Main Floor

Kids at Work

Whether you choose to build a log house, simulate an earthquake with our earthquake table, or play with marbles at our toddler marble maze, there’s no question that you’ll find an activity that is right for you in this room!

The Farm

Milk a cow, gather eggs, or plant some vegetables. Then take a walk into the farmhouse kitchen and prepare a delicious meal. The possibilities are endless!

Transportation Exhibit

Pretend to be the captain of an airplane, or a master car mechanic at an auto shop. Either way, it’s an awesome hands-on learning experience!

Grocery Store

A place for children to shop for groceries with shopping carts just their size. Don’t forget to check the food out at a cashier’s desk!

The Bank

A place to explore a miniature bank with faux checks, dollars, and vaults.

Government Offices

A great opportunity to engage in learning the geography and history of our state and country!

Communication & Theater

Dress up, dance, sing, or stay behind the scenes and control the stage music and lights in this mini rendition of Southern Utah’s Tuacahn. Use this opportunity to experiment with other methods of communication in our newest room!

Lower Floor

Prehistoric Place

Take a step back in time to when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. Feel and touch the fossils and footprints and even climb on top of a life-sized triceratops! It will be an amazing experience you will never forget.

Magic Castle

Dress up in royal clothing, sit on a throne, or battle the dragon in the castle room. This area of the Museum will take you to a land of fairy tales and whimsical imagination.

Sports & Exercise Area

The elliptical, rock wall, chin-up bars, beanbag toss, and mini-basketball exhibits in this room will get your heart pumping! Immerse yourself in the Trailblazer Nation and catch the spirit of Utah Tech!

Music Room

Discover different instruments and ways to create music. This room will transport you to a whole new world of rhythms, melodies, vibrations, and sound!

Art Room

Shapes, colors and textures, oh my! Stretch your imagination in the Art Room while mixing and matching colors, creating with shapes and much, much more! The sky is the limit in this room!

Science Discovery Lab

This room is full of scientific explorations. Touch the plasma ball, feel the tornado, or learn how “frozen shadows” work.

Under The Sea

Listen to seagulls as you take a stroll down the boardwalk. Then you’ll lower down into a submarine where you can discover the control board and explore the depths of the sea!

A museum we love to visit every time we visit St George! The price is just right (lower than northern Utah museums!), interactive for kids and sparks imagination. The staff is extremely friendly too. A must if you are in St George with littles!

What a fun place for kids! I loved that there was so much for them to do and to play with! It's reasonably priced and my kids had hours of entertainment! I even wanted to play with the toys! Whoever thought of this was genius!

Amazing children's museum for pretend play and immersing your child(ren) into different jobs and roles in the world. My 3 1/2 year old could have spent all day there. We are not local, but I wish we were just for this! The price is also very good considering how many large rooms and small details they have!

I’ve been to children’s museums from the west coast to the east. This is one of the best. Not too big and not too small, just right. Safe yet inspiring. My 3yo LOVED it. Kids of all ages need this now more than ever!

St. George is a small town, so I figured we’d spend an hour here and see everything. Instead, I was blown away. We spent over 3 hours here and would’ve spent longer, honestly. We did not see everything. The decor and attention to detail provides great immersion for pretend play. We went on a “busy day” as overheard by locals who were there… but from an out-of-towner’s perspective, it was not too busy to have fun. And as you can see, I was able to get lots of pictures with only my little in them, so it wasn’t crowded in my opinion (although I understand it may feel different for regulars). We will absolutely come back if we are in the area again.

We have been coming here every year for the past 5 years, we’re from Northern Utah but come every February for the music conference, and we always make it a priority to come to the Children’s Museum because we love it so much. We have 3 kids aged 3-9 and they all find things they love to do. The grocery store and fitness rooms seem to always be the favorites but my 9 year old really loved the science room and my younger kids loved the art and music room. Every time we come we see things that have been updated so we know they prioritize upkeep and cleanliness. Overall a great place for kids to play and learn.
