What’s Included in Your Party Package:
- Admission for up to 50 guests (includes the birthday child, family, children, and adult attendees).
- Private access to a party room for 2 hours.
- 30 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.
Fees:
After Hours Parties
- Weekday Parties: $400 Non-Members | $380 Members and Museums for All eligible families.
- Weekend Parties: $500 Non-Members | $480 Members and Museums for All eligible families.
- Additional Guests: $10 per guest.
Please note: Memberships do not cover birthday guest admissions.
How to Reserve Your Spot
Reserve your party today by completing a Birthday Request Form. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required.

Additional Information:
- Food & Drinks: You may bring outside food and beverages, but all items must stay in the party room.
- Decorations: Feel free to bring decorations! We kindly request that balloons remain in the party room or at the front desk.
- Tablecloths: Black tablecloths are available upon request.
- Setup & Cleanup: Arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up and take 30 minutes afterward to clean up.
Unloading, Loading & Parking
- If available, you are welcome to use the parking spaces in front of the building to unload and load items.
- Alternatively, handicapped parking and an elevator are located at the back of the Museum.
- All guests can park behind the Museum on the west side or along 100 s.
- Museum staff is available to assist if needed.
