What’s Included
- Admission for up to 50 guests (birthday child, family, children, and adult attendees).
- Private access to a party room for 2 full hours.
- 30 minutes before your party for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.
- A truly private celebration — enjoy the museum without public visitors.

- Additional Guests: $10 per guest.
Please note: Memberships do not cover birthday guest admissions.
How to Reserve Your Party
Secure your date by selecting your preferred time below. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Food, Decorations & Setup
- Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are welcome, but must remain in the party room.
- Decorations: You’re free to decorate!
Please keep all balloons in the party room or at the front desk. - Tablecloths: Black tablecloths are available upon request.
- Setup & Cleanup:
Arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up, and enjoy 30 minutes after to clean up.
Unloading, Loading & Parking
- If available, the front parking spaces may be used for unloading and loading party items.
- Handicapped parking and an elevator are located at the back of the Museum.
- Guests may park behind the Museum on the west side or along 100 S.
- Museum staff is happy to assist if needed.
