• Admission for up to 20 guests (including the birthday child, family, children, and adult guests).
• Access to a private party room for 90 minutes.
• 30 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.
• Unlimited museum access for your guests after the party room reservation ends (for open-hours parties).

Fees

Open Hours Parties

• Weekday Parties: $250 for Non-Members or $220 for Members and Museums for All eligible families.
• Weekend Parties: $300 for Non-Members or $280 for Members and Museums for All eligible families.
• Additional Guests: $10 per guest.
  Please note: Memberships do not cover birthday guest admissions. The remaining balance (minus the deposit) is due on the event date.

How to Reserve Your Spot

Reserve your party today by completing a Birthday Request Form. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required.

Additional Information

• You’re welcome to bring outside food and drinks, which must remain in the party room.
• Decorations are allowed, but balloons must stay in the party room or front desk.
• Black tablecloths are available upon request.
• Setup: Arrive 30 minutes before your party starts.
• Cleanup: You’ll have 30 minutes after the party to tidy up.

Unloading, Loading & Parking

• If available, you are welcome to use the parking spaces in front of the building to unload and load items.
• Alternatively, handicapped parking and an elevator are located at the back of the Museum.
• All guests can park behind the Museum on the west side or along 100 s.
• Museum staff is available to assist if needed.

Need More Space or Time?

If you want more time and exclusive use of the Museum, our After-Hours Parties might be right for you. These parties are held outside of regular operating hours, allowing you and your guests to enjoy all the exhibits without sharing the space with other visitors.
