What’s Included
- Admission for up to 20 guests (including the birthday child, family, children, and adult guests).
- Access to a private party room for 90 minutes.
- 30 minutes before your party for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.
- Unlimited museum access for your guests after your party room time ends (during regular open hours).

- Additional Guests: $10 per guest.
Please note: Memberships do not cover birthday guest admissions. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

Food, Decorations & Setup
- You’re welcome to bring outside food and drinks. These must remain in the party room.
- Decorations are allowed. Balloons must stay in the party room or at the front desk.
- Black tablecloths are available upon request.
- Set up: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your party to decorate and get settled.
- Cleanup: You’ll have 30 minutes after your party to tidy up and pack.
Unloading, Loading & Parking
- If available, you’re welcome to use the parking spaces in front of the building for quick unloading and loading.
- Handicapped parking and an elevator are located at the back of the Museum.
- All guests can park on the west side of the Museum, along 100 S, or in the parking lot between the Museum and the Washington County Library.
- Museum staff are available to assist if needed.
